How the IVA process works

People who are struggling with an unmanageable level of unsecured debt may be interested in finding out about the debt solutions that could help them clear their debts and regain control of their finances.

One of the solutions that may be appropriate is an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement), a form of insolvency that could let them repay as much of their debt as they can afford (in most cases, over a 5-year period), after which their lenders would write off the rest of their unsecured debt.

How does the IVA process work?
Before anyone can enter an IVA, they'll need to talk to an Insolvency Practitioner (IP), an expert who can explain the pros and cons of an IVA and tell them whether it would be the most appropriate solution to their debt problems.

If the IP thinks it is - and if the borrower agrees and decides to go ahead with it - they'll work together to draw up an IVA proposal, which will tell the lenders how the individual and the IP believe the IVA could work. So it would detail how much the lender would be able to pay into the IVA, how they'd pay it, and so on.

The lenders will then have at least 14 days to look over the terms and decide if they think it's a realistic proposal that they can agree to. If lenders who collectively own 75% of the debt agree to the terms, the IVA can go ahead. (They may want to suggest changes to the terms first, and the individual and their IP will need to make themselves available so they can discuss this.)

If the IVA does go ahead, interest on the debts will be frozen when it starts, and the individual will start making the agreed payments. As long as the borrower sticks to their side of the agreement, their lenders will not be able to change their minds or take any action against the individual - including trying to make them bankrupt.

If all goes well and the individual is able to make all the payments throughout the IVA, it will come to a successful conclusion. The lenders will write off all outstanding unsecured debt and the individual will be legally debt-free, as far as their unsecured debts are concerned - this won't affect their mortgage and any other secured debts which they have.

Are there any drawbacks to an IVA?
An IVA offers borrowers significant benefits - such as the debt write-off and the fact that lenders can't take any action against them while the IVA is in progress - but there are also 'downsides'. The most significant are probably the following:

First of all, it's a serious commitment, and if the individual can't realistically expect to make payments throughout the IVA, it won't be appropriate for them.

Secondly, an IVA will have a serious effect on the individual's credit rating for six years from the time the IVA starts. In most cases, this means it'll be there for one year after the IVA finishes.

Third, a homeowner in an IVA will probably be required to release equity from their property in the 54th month of the IVA (six months before it finishes).

This is a small list just to name a few. The point I'm making is that you could easily take 700$ like i saved up and go down and buy thousands of dollars worth of product for basically nothing.

Another thing you can do is send out letter to local business in your community and be willing to invest some money for them to use for marketing, buy product, fix the store up ect. Then you would say I'm offering competitive lending rates to the banks. Right now the banks are not lending, and if a company that is starting to get into some debt they are desperate for money. If you call up a company and looking to do a small investment for them they will probably be more then happy to take the offer because it is a small amount of money they can get and will be easy to pay back over time. This also is little risk because most business in 1 hour make at least 120$ so it shouldn't be hard to pay back.

An example of this is a local company where i live called the blue bird cafe has been around for 50 years and has alot of name recommendation in my community. If they asked me for 1,000 for a marketing budget and presented a good plan to me i would probably lend them it for a 10%-20% interest rate. They have to pay me back at least 100$ a month with interest, and we would agree on how this would work out. But lets say for this discussion i say 20%. Think about how much i would get. Every month i would receive a check for 120$. Now lets they they didn't pay, now if they paid the base every month for 10 months i would make 200$ for that 10 months. But if they didn't pay for a month i would charge them something like 50$ for a late fee for that month and it be carry over into the next month. Now if the business wasn't paying me at all then i would then take the necessary legal measures.

As you can see there are many ways you can make money on debt business. The key is to figure out a plan then try it out. I'm going to be buying company assets that are sold to the public in wholesale, or liquidation form. So i have been studying this for a while and know my facts. Why I Had A Low CTR And 10 Ways To Get A Higher CTR

For the entire month of November i had a terrible click through rate. Now i would tell you my click through rate but Google AdSense doesn't allow me to give out the information. Lets just say this, it was bellow 1%. Why did this happen? For the whole month i had no idea why my Click through rate was so low it use to keep me up at night thinking about it. Although i only made 4.81$ for bring in over 7,000 visitors in a month, i learned alot about click through rates and how they can be affected. So actually i made money because even though i might have lost what could have been a some serious cash. I'm going to list why my click through rate was so low and tell you what you can do to fix your click through rate.

-One the first things i did was i went out and i read the book "Google AdSense For Dummies". Half the information in the book i had already knew about such as learning about what type of AdSense placements there are, color schemes, ect. But i learned about channels, testing, AdSense for feeds, higher paying keywords ect. For all you newbies i would suggest you go out and pick that book up because it will really help.

-AdSense placement is another important one you hear alot. Lets get one thing straight, no 2 websites are alike meaning everything is different. Even if the template is the same that doesn't mean they should have the same place. Testing is key here.

-The ad's need to match the content. For me to click an ad, the ad needs to be something that i might be looking for. If I'm looking for some forex help then i see an ad that says forex newsletter and products to help you make more money, i will click it and see if it is worth my while. If I'm on a blog about social networks and I'm looking around i see ad's targeted to gaming am i really going to click? Plus if you target the highest paying ad's that is worth more money!

-I seem to get more clicks from facebook, and sometimes stumbleupon so remember to track that. So build up where you seem to get the most amount of clicks.

-Content is a key. Now if the is garbage and has spelling mistakes don't expect a "click tip". Now what is a click tip? This where if somebody finds good content from somewhere they will click an AdSense ad like a tip and give you some spare change, sometimes it is in the dollar range.

-Traffic! You need to make sure you keep the traffic flowing constantly like a river. If your traffic spikes and is all over the place then your not going to see alot of clicks all the time.

-Bounce rate issues can hurt you. If your bounce rate is higher then 60% we have have a huge problem. Think about this is i get 100 visitors a day, and you have a 90% bounce rate. Then my friend gets 50 visitors a day, with a 50% bounce rate who is really wining and getting more clicks and subscribers? The only visitors that count are the ones who actually stay, comment, and click. I have many friends that get half the visitors i do and has a 20% bounce rate vs my 70% bounce rate which I'm lowering as much as i can all the time.

-Junk traffic, this includes Reddit, spam marketing, stumbleupon at times, 3rd party search engines ect. Now i know i have the social network buttons for some of these sites. But if i can get some free traffic then whatever. Also sometimes they subscribe more then other websites that bring me traffic so it's all good.

-Make the clicks count, I stopped posting on my other blog OfficialRTS and the reason is i was making nothing. I got over 10,000 page views in 1 month and made about 4$. I would get about 1-2 clicks a day and make .1-.30 cents a click. That type of pay in chump change compared to the .20-2.00$ i can make on this blog. Also this blog has a higher CTR then my other blog and i like to blog about business more.

-Last but not least be patient. There are times where i will get 100 visitors, and no clicks and change the AdSense. Out of my frustration i was losing money putting up weird AdSense placement ideas, and color schemes. To truly test out your traffic do this. So for one week test a bunch of channel you think will bring in the most clicks and the one that brings the most clicks or has the higher click through rate is the one you will use. Find out where you get the warmest then slowly see test out channels and see what gets the higher click through rate. This can include testing placement as well.

Should You Use Pay Per Impression?

When looking to monetize any website or blog you need to look at every option. Pay Per Click is always one of the best options out there, but Pay Per Impressions is a growing movement around Internet marketers. Anyways i was watching some Internet marketing videos with Joel Comm of the AdSense code. Now you think Joel was a straight up AdSense type of guy with no thought of using Pay Per Impression companies. I come to find out that he's not only using AdSense, but he's using banner ad's as well. Then i started to think why not? Think about this for a second, the truth is that people are not clicking AdSense ad's like they use to. For most of use Internet marketers the gap has to be made up somewhere. So in this article i hope to go over the pro and cons of pay per impression ad's

Pro's

Your guaranteed automatic income as long as you bring in a steady stream of traffic.
You can put alot of banner ad's thus increasing your revenue by how much the company pays per 1 banner ad, and how many 1000 visitors you get per month.
No need to worry about placement with banner ad's as long as the ad meet the companies. TOS your fine. Just place one at the bottom of the page and collect some gas money.
CTR does this mater. What if nobody clicks it? Who cares as long as you agree to get 1000 impressions nothing else maters.

Con's

The payouts are way lower then PPC in fact 1-2$ per 1000 impressions could be 1 click for your AdSense account.
Spam banner ad's can make the website look tacky, and make the user feel like he is milking them for all their worth.
You cant significantly increase your earnings like with AdSense so that can be a problem.

My take on this whole banner ad idea is this. You should sign up with a PPI company so that you can have a basic revenue coming in. Combine that with AdSense and you should be making alot of money. Alot of people put the banner ad's up just to pay for hosting, website cost, promotions ect. So if you have cost like this then i would highly suggest putting a few banner ad's on your website or blog to take care of those cost.

You will hear alot of experts talk about article marketing. Article marketing has become a new fad of most Internet marketers. Now that we have given out some top article directories we now need to talk about submitting. Now submitting an article is pretty simple. You have the Title, Preview, Text, Signature, Keywords, Category. Now the title is what you name you article i suggest using a title that will sum up what the article is about. The preview is what is this article about. I just use the first paragraph of my article then do a ... to signal a continue here look. The text is simple again just put your article in the text box, but remember some article directories don't allow a limited amount of links, or some don't allow them at all. Last the Category section is crucial. You need to submit the article to the right section so it can be seen by people who are looking for content in that type of section. Submitting investing tips in the marketing section doesn't make much sense now does it?

Why I Changed The Name

So i just recently changed the name and it was a tough decisions guys. The reason i did it was i have been blogging so much recently about business, Internet Marketing, Money ect, that i don't think the name DailyCashSaver is what I'm about. I really don't care to save money anymore so that is why i have decided to change the name. It is still early on that changing the name wont affect me but i felt i needed to do this. From now on I'm going to blog only about business, investing, economics, making money, Internet marketing ect. I hope you guys are not mad and i choose a really great name too.

Google Trends Search

Google trends is a great tool i use when it comes to writing articles about topics on my blog. Google trends is a tool where google will show the "Search Volume Index" of a keyword. Now what does this have to do with anything? Well when I'm looking to write an article on a topic i will use google trends to see what keyword i should use for the title. Rather then having the title google trends i might use the title "Google Trends Analysis". I will see when the keyword is looked up most often, from this i will know when i should write the article and how long it should take to get index to that keyword to start receiving traffic to my blog.

So your probably now thinking how can i use this tool on my blog? Well the first thing we need to do is define what a trend is, and how to spot a trend. First off a trend is when a keyword starts getting searched on alot based on the many factors. For example if your favorite bands new album was coming out, the search trend for the band, the album, and mp3's would be up.

Now just like stocks a trend can be predicted. As certain times of the year approach a search term will be searched more often then at other times of the year based on peoples interest for whatever may be the case. But for the sake of diss lets have an example of this. Lets take the search term "Christmas" since the holiday is approaching.

As you can see the search term is dead for the first 3 quarters of the year. But once we get into October it seems as if the term search starts to incline. The term peaks at December and drops off after the end of the year. This type of search term is seasonal, these type of searches only appear at one time of the year or when the season approaches.

Another trend is when a current event happens like when Michael Jackson died. Any keyword related to him would have had a huge spike. Random Spikes cant be predicted, but if your on the end of a spike then it is good traffic and money. But a spike is pure luck so get your 4 leaf clover, and lucky charms and hope you get spikes often.

Being able to predict trends can not only make you alot of money but increase traffic, and followers by a very large sum. So research through keywords and find some keywords where you can compete and get traffic from whether it is a spike, to a seasonal searches. Think about what keywords would appeal your blog to that audience the best and just test like i have said and your SEO will skyrocket.

Design Yourself Right

When you become a blogger you have to make many tough and sometimes difficult decisions. That will include AdSense placement, content, how often you blog, social networks you become apart of ect. The most crucial of these by far is the design of the blog. Recently i changed up the blog template to fit more of a professional look. I be live so far i have made the right choice, but that doesn't mean i have been out of the clear. One the biggest problems i am facing is where everything should be laid out. When you get a new template your new with you have to test how much AdSense you should have, where the social network buttons go, or where everything fits in. What can a blogger do to to figure out what to do when it comes to these challenges?

One thing a blogger can do is have a poll of how much the readers like the new look of a blog. Also ask for feedback. My favorite highschool math teacher use to tell me "there is no such thing as a stupid question", the same applies to blogging because your readers want to have the blog a certain way, providing them the option to have input on how a blog should be ran will build that relationship that creates a cash flow. Do you know 99% of all visitors don't participate in any blog function, this include commenting, or asking questions. Many readers are very invisible to the community, to sum it up in a way they just come in and just watch the presentation from the back then leave without a trace. Now there is nothing wrong with that but i find it disturbing when people don't try and get the input from these visitors. Have an open community where anybody can ask questions no mater the skill level, or how much money they have. Once you have reached this you will be able to build that relationship even more.

The right template is the key. I finally found a template that i feel looks just like a wordpress blog, and works like a blogger blog. This fits into my needed because I'm no good at CSS coding, but the illusion that i know what I'm doing can influence the readers to stay in touch. But remember if you have a blog about "Smart Phones", And your using a template that is pink do you think that is going to appeal to your target audience? You have to think like your prey just like an animal does. One the best things i will go and do is i will clear my mind and pretend like its my first time visiting my blog. Now it works pretty well, and i have gotten some great results out of this. On this blog i figured out that i needed to have a description about my blog at the bottom of the page just like Probloggers, Darren Rowse does. But also ask a family, friend, or CoWorker what they like and dislike about your blog and then work on fixing the negatives.

The last thing you need to do is make sure you blog isn't sloppy. I have seen thousands of blogger blogs that look like a crappy little blogger that a guy did in 10 minutes, along with writing about 10 articles and slapped it on a basic outdated blogger template. Then he will come to me asking me why he is not receiving more AdSense clicks. Look all the website you go to. Twitter, Facebook, Youtube look all these website and they all have 1 thing in common, they all look good and are very appealing to the eye, and you remember them from their template. I know if i looked at problogger template, i know its his blog from the start. This is called branding yourself and it is a real successful way to get know.

Testing although is the key now i cant tell you what works best but i can tell you that if your blogger template isn't imported from another website, then you loosing money. Bellow are links to all the template sites i use to find great templates i hope you would check out.

How Much Work Do I Put Into 1 Post?

Many of you think one post i write is easy to do but in fact nothing could be farther from the truth. Many of you i know have blogs, and i know about posting updates and new content. Well let me take you behind the scenes on how much work goes into one post.

The first thing i do of course is write out the post it self. A typical post usually takes me about 20 to 30 minutes of work. This includes spell check, grammar, punctuation, and fluency. When i first started out blogging i wouldn't do but my content was lacking and if I'm not going to write a good post why write a blog post at all. But now all my content is becoming better and is high quality helping me in the next steps.

So after putting tags, comments, blog post title ect i will post it and it will automatically will tell all my followers on my Twitter and Rss feed that i just updated and they should read my latest post. You should use TwitterFeed that will automatically post a link and a description of your latest blog post your your followers without having to do anything. It is free to sign up for and i suggest you do it because you can track your stats, along with CNN uses this so they dont have to put that much hard work into their twitter account.

After that i will copy and paste the article and put it on Goarticles, EzineArtlces, and ArticleBase. I will put links to my blog, change the article up to suggest my blog, and then wait for it to be accepted by ArticleBase and EzineArticles, while Goarticles puts it on their website live without checking it but it can be marked as spam if the article isn't quality.

Next I will ping to a bunch of social networks at once to save me alot of time. I go to http://pingomatic.com/ because they have a great ping system that is free to use. They send it all over to Google Blog Search, to Technorati! After i pinged over 10 articles on Ping-O-Matic i gained 4 Rss feed subscribers! As you can see this is a very powerful tool.

The next thing i will do is go onto facebook and tell all my friends to read my latest post and provide a link to the article. I would suggest doing this by going on groups and inviting as many people as you can and gain a following to get easy traffic. After facebook i will look to see if there is any social networking site that i can put my blog post on. If it is a SEO blog post then i will put it on Sphinns, or if the blog post is about motivation or finance i will post it on the Zenhabbits section on Reddit.

The last thing i will do is stumble my blog post on stumbleupon and build up a few backlinks or wherever i can do to gain some traffic to my blog post and then I'm done with just one blog post. As you can see this is alot of hard work but if done properly one my blog post can get 20-100 visitors! Of course if somebody was to do something really cool such as submit it to digg and get some people to digg it that will send me alot of traffic then i can get more exposer from something lucky like that.

Building a Forum

So i have looked into this for the months, pretty much ever since i started out Internet Marketing. Building a forum is a very easy way to make money with very low maintenance. The reason i like building a forum is because you don't have to build the content. Yes of course you have to work hard to build the forum up, but there comes a point when the forum reaches enough returning visitors who post everyday and bring in more visitors for you to just reap the profits.

Starting out a forum is no easy task, in fact i tried to do it once for a guy and i couldn't get anybody. Apart of the fact is if your members count is low then no one is going to want to join the forum. But after theses few months i have figured out how to build up a forum through ideas friends have given me and my own personal discovery.

The first thing you need to do when you get the forum. How do you do that? Some of you might say I'm not php coder, well the best and only way to do this is to get a forum at

Vbulletin is a great forum script you buy, the best part about this is all you have to do is have the forum set up with a domain and web hosting and your in business. Put the AdSense where it needs to go and then your done. If your starting a forum buy the most expensive one because it has everything, if the fourm reach a huge audience, you dont want any limitations.

Now where do we start with promotions. The first thing i learned about a forum is you need to have alot of contacts. Back when i first started i had no contacts. Today i have many contacts
Nick Stewart, Remote Insider, Facebook friends ect. Because of this i could start it off getting a quick 10-20 members. From their i would be grinding out getting members.

But to make it easier i have some other ways to get members. The first way i would get started up is by starting a conversation that would become very controversial. Because of this i would post it on any social networking site that would have a proper section for this. On many forums on reddit i have seen this done, from this forums have gained thousands of new users who create content everyday while you just sit back and reap the benefits.

Another trick i see done is people will go on digital point and just message every user they can to sign up for their forum. They will say something like this

Hi ___, i am the Creator and founder of the Internet Marketing forum ____. I would Like to extend an offer to you to join today. For the next month anybody who joins will get full membership privileges. Were a brand new forum but we still have alot great members and were going every day. Their are contest every month where we have a member of the month who will get a member of the month badge along with a forum post about him. This can bring much traffic to a persons blog, or website. I hope you join, it's free to join and we have a Buy, Sell, or Trade section just like DP. We hope you join in the discussion have a good day.

Now as you can see you need to offer something of value. Just asking someone to join a forum with not that many members isn't going to work out in your favor. Most forums make you post enough things before you can do something make so that if you sign up today you don't have to do that you can have your signature and you can post in all sections.

The last tip i have is to buy some ad space on a blog or forum related to your forum niche. This is an idea or just buy some AdWords. Maybe even some Chitika advertisements

Submitting Articles To Ezine

One of the hardest article directories to have your content published on the web is EzineArticles. No doubt is ezine is hardest but how do we as Internet marketers use article directories such as ezine? After i write an article one the first things i will do is log into my ezine publisher account, from there i will copy and paste my article, add a signature, a title, select a category, add keywords, agree to the terms of service, and then submit the article waiting for it to be reviewed by ezine.

Very simple stuff right? Well there is more to submitting article to directories that we still need to talk about. In this article I'm going to go over the following.

First off i have not had my articles in ezine for to long so i can not speak on how many views you will get. What i can say is that when you first submit your articles you will show up first of a keyword. Ezine does this so it's fair to all the users, so when their articles are first submitted to ezine they get viewed rather then the people who had their article on that keyword for longer getting more traffic. By that time they should have gotten voted on by now so they could get ranked on the top articles. Keyword choice is a big deal with this. You are allowed 4 keywords max when you are submitting articles. Those keywords list your article on, so remember to pick keywords that get alot of traffic, don't waste the keywords with going after small fish, target the biggest ones. For example with my Chitika Vs AdSense article i submitted under the keyword Chitika. Chitika is a very high searched keyword so i had no problem getting 42 visitors in 2 days. Also you can link to your post from Sphinns. You should do this because Sphinns doesn't like content that isn't of the highest quality. If the article has been submitted by the highest quality article directory on the web it should show Sphinns your article wasn't just a quick written article.

Now just getting visitors doesn't mean anything, the end goal is to get them to click your URL. How do you do this? Ezine says you cant have any type of sales pitch asking visitors to click on your URL. Now this is very blurry line and being able to expose this is the key. Now there is a section for you to promote you blog but the only problem is that alot people are not looking at that section. So how are we going to increase our URL clicks? First thing you need to do is when you submit your article nonchalantly make reference to your blog. Such as if i wanted to reproduce this article which i might to see what the person who reviews this thinks, I would say something like, On my blog i reproduce many articles like this and have done to get alot of traffic. My blog has gotten many subscribers based on the fact that my content is so high quality that when a visitor from EzineArticles visits my blog they are so impressed they want to continue to receive that type of high quality content.

As you can see the visitor might get intrigued and take that step to visit my blog and thus the end goal is to keep him coming back by subscribing. Those article can be published on your blog and reproduced not only on ezine but other directories such as Goarticles, ArticleCity, ArticleBase ect. So that is a steal and you could have some article that are so good they get good link bait.

The last thing I'm going to talk about is for people to use your article on ezine they have to use the signature you had on your article. So if your article gets reproduced on 10 other blogs that is, 10 backlinks, traffic, more money! So you see why cheap content writers are in high demand.

I came up with this scheme a while back that i could get people to pay me 20$ for 5 twitter tweets on my twitter account, and for me to add a blog post about their website. If you have finished a project like a blog and have some extra left over i would suggest to go on the freebie section and just sell it quick because you wont have to put it up on an auction website and have to deal with all the hassle of it. If you have a program that can send out someone article to many article directories like Ezinearticles, you can offer to send out someones article to X amount of directories for 5-10$. Watch how many customers line up at the door sending you messages asking you to send out 10 of their articles for 50$, this could will take you an hour to do. But find your own ways to sell in DigitalPoint that is my best advice.

And what i will do is i will go on and say i will give you a free stumble, free article, or a free backlink on a pr page ect. Then i will say you have to sign up as my referral and show me proof. They will sign up and i will spend a few minutes giving them some free traffic and they love it. I got 2 responds from 1 post i made and they have Chitika on their website making me money. I earn 10% of what they make each month. Another reason why the users love this so much is because most of the want to try out Chitika to them me make 10% of what they earn for the next 15 months doesn't affect them in any matter. So if they each make 100$ a month i make 10 dollars.

As you can see after getting a couple hundred of these I'm going to be having some nice income every month. All i have to do is post one these a week and i will get some great referrals with some high traffic blogs, or websites. After i get a bunch of referrals i will take the money and reinvest it into something else thus making me more money.

The Art Of Testing

A friend of mine Nick Stewart and me were talking about blog testing recently. The conversation consisted of AdSense testing, Social Networking Button testing, and blog arrangement.

Nick Stewart has a great blog with great info i have used to help drive more traffic to my blog. Every now and then i will notice that he will switch around the blog. He will move the AdSense blocks, Subscribe/Social Networking Buttons, and the layout of the blog. Nick tells me he will test out what works best and what will keep his bounce rate down. A bounce rate is when a visitor comes into a site and leaves the website immediately. Some blogs have bad bounce rates while others have good bounce rates. Right now my blog is to early to get a consistent bounce rate. But if your looking to keep your visitors on your blog and reading your material there is things you will need to test out.

The best way to figure out how to test our what works on your blog do the following.

Figure out what general placement of your website works best
What type of AdSense blocks you should have, the color, the size, the placement, and how many are on your web page
Figure out where the best placement of your Rss Feed button, and social networking buttons where it gets the most people to subscribe or keep in touch.
Last figure out where the rest of your website should go this includes the Archive, Blog Post, Links, Other buttons ect.

After you have figure out the follow you will need to have Google analytics installed into your website or blog.

Test out per 1000 visitors what lowers the bounce rate, and increases AdSense clicks. Every week set a goal to lower the bounce rate by so much or increase AdSense clicks by so much ect. Also see what type of blog post get the best responds from your visitors. If your visitors are more interested in finance, and investing rather then pay per click, and social networking you might want to write more about some topics more often rather then others to increase AdSense clicks and keep the bounce rate down.

Doing the following should dramatically help you make the most out of your traffic and thus helping you make more money, lower the bounce rate, increase the subscriptions, and become a bigger and better blogger.

Building communities

In my first 5 months of blogging i have learned so many things i didn't know before about Internet Marketing. One huge thing i kept missing was to start building communities. One reason you don't hear alot of this is because most people on Internet Marketing forums don't talk about it. Most of the conversations only talk about link exchange, twitter or the same question that has been answered 100 times before. Building communities are important, as Jeff Swanson talks about he will higher teenagers to build Myspace accounts and add as many friends as possible. Each Myspace page he starts is built upon what he is trying to promote. If he is promoting a technology blog then he will add people who are interested in technology, then he will message them things like, "check out our recent article" or "Buy this new product" ect. Being able to dip into a community and get Traffic, Income, Referrals is huge and now that I'm learning about that the Internet marketing game really isn't so hard.

So your asking what communities should i build. Here are some social networks i think you should sign up with and build as many friends as possible.

-Reddit
-Digg

Now with every social network site there are ways to add friends. With an rss feed, Google Friend connect, and Twitter, you should on put links to thos pages for your friends to join you.
With Reddit and Digg those will come over time, people will become friends and thus vote your stuff up.

Now the most important communities to build are Myspace, Facebook, LinkedIn ect. The reason you want to build these pages is for free traffic that is highly targeted. I go on Facebook everyday and search for friend to connect with. After i have sent 50-100 friend request i will stop for the day and do something else. By the time i reach 5000 friends on Facebook that is 5000 people that are interested in anything i have to offer, i will have a base to dip into anytime i need more money, traffic, subscribers, or whatever i need. Think about it 5000 visitors a day for nothing. Now i doubt you will receive that type of traffic but out of every 100 visitors i have i get about 10 of them to view my links. Now if you have 5,000 friends 500 visitors a day isnt bad. That is the power of building up a community.

After you have built many communities and receive alot of traffic you might want to hire someone to do it for dirt cheap. You could higher someone for minimum wage, or you can send the work overseas by going to freelance website where you can higher someone to do this part time of full time. Think about if you had 10 of these 5,000 friend Facebook pages. That could be 2,500 visitors a day!

Many people will tell you SEO is the most important of all but i don't believe that anymore because if I'm able to get that many visitors a day from doing 1 hours worth of work after a few months i think building a community is just as strong if not stronger.

If you have a blog that is not getting traffic i suggest you start a Facebook page and add 5000 friends and then promote your articles and web pages and watch your traffic skyrocket. This will take some time but if you stick to it after a few month of keeping a steady pace you will be able to get more visitors day, after day, after day.

Saving At Home

Since 2007 when i really started getting involved in business, finance, investing, marketing, i have learned alot of secrets that could really have a person save money. Now if your in trouble and don't have alot of money it is probably best to scrap as much money together as possible. You don't want to be wasting money in a time when you could be losing everything. Here are 10 ways you can Save at home.

1. Look for bargains. When you go to Costco, or Sam's Club, do you know the secret money saving code? I do, for Costco anything that ends in at .97 cents or at Sam's club anything that ends in .01 cent is a special marked down by price. They do this so their associates will know what bargains are going on so they can keep track of how many are being sold (mostly for testing purposes). So next time you go into a Sam's club or Costco, go up and down the isle looking for bargains that end at .97 cents, or .01 cent.

2. Water the lawn at night. You might be like many people and actually take care of your lawn, not only for the satisfaction of having a nice house but to keep the value of it up. Watering in the day is a very common mistake. Many people think their lawns will grow with a combinations of the sunlight and the water. Well because of the sun the water will evaporate before it can even get the water into the grass, thus your wasting money. At night when it is cool your lawn will absorb the water and keep green. Who says the grass isn't greener on the other side?

3. Buy food in the bulk. Get alot food in bulk, why because the fact is when you buy in bulk your saving money, and you have alot more food on hand. Also remember if a crisis was to happen most people are not prepared. During hurricane Katrina nobody had any food, well guess what if you buy in bulk and keep your food fresh and safe you will be able to go through anything like that. Remember it doesn't mater where you live, a natural disaster can happen anywhere.

4. Come up with your own ideas. Some ideas come from yourself. If you get an idea to save 10 buck a week then do it just think of what is a waste and don't be afraid to implement it permanently.

5. Get rid of a land line. Landlines are dead how many people use them anymore? Sure my parents due but they grew up in the beeper age. I know most you are laughing that wasn't that long ago but landlines suck. They cost as much as a cell phone and they cant leave your house. Just get a cell phone and have that become your main phone line, Also you can text with it and have plans that are as good as a land line.

6. Have a garden. Some of my most fond memories when i was a kid growing up in eastern Washington was my mom and her garden. She would grow her own food for the cost of the seeds, water, and hard word she put into the garden. Unlike going to a grocery store and buying foods that have disgusting pesticides in them, my mom garden was fresh, cost effective, and a great hobby to have when you don't have alot of money. As many of you well know i didn't grow up rich so my mom had to learn to scrape together money. This goes back to number 4 create your own methods.

7. Cut up your credit cards up. Unless you run a business, you don't need them! Like Rand Paul says, you earthier can afford it or cant afford it. In this day in age we seem to have forgotten that. We have gotten so use to living in this credit lifestyle where fake credit is accept by the public as real money. You see people complain about being in credit card debit, and then saying this wasn't my fault, the penalties are to high ect. When you use that card you knew that is wasn't real money, you knew that at some point the line of credit would end and the company would be asking for their money back in interest. I know alot people think the suze orman way that the countries credit institutions are corrupt but they really aren't, their a company looking to make a profit and provide a reasonable service for what seems like an unreasonable price. Remember if you know how to deal with credit card companies like i do just forget them and get a debit card.

8. Buy liquidation. I went online looking for IPhone a couple months ago and i kept seeing 300-500$ price tags. I went on a China Wholesale website and found the same IPhone, nothing different in the product it was an "IPhone". The price was 197.00$ Free Shipping! If i bought more then 5 i could have got them at a 169.00$ price and resold most of them on eBay, or craigslist.

9. Shop on amazon.com I know most of you think this is a sales pitch but I'm not joking. I went and bought SEO for dummies at Boarders book store for 35$. I looked it up on amazon.com $26.39. Much cheap then buying it at the store. In fact if you want to buy anything off amazon.com i would hope you buy it through my affiliate link. But always do price comparison and if you go to the store and the people their have the book for money money then amazon ask them if they will price match if not then don't give them your business.

10. My last idea i have is to get solar panels. Not only do they save the environment but they also save money. Even if you live in Seattle like me the solar panels still can turn whatever sunlight there is into energy. Not only does this save money but the whole time your at work your saving money by the panels creating energy.

Chitika VS Adsense

If your an Internet marketer like me you probably hear alot about AdSense from Internet marketers. If your reading this article i am guessing you probably already have a deep knowledge of what google AdSense is and understand what PPC or pay per click is. When i first started out blogging 6 months ago everybody on digitalpoint and, sitepoint couldn't stop the rave about AdSense. I use AdSense to this day and it is still one of my biggest income producer. But recently i found out about Chitika and i wish i would have learned about them sooner.

Chitika is a PPC program that works just like AdSense. The company will put an ad on your website and show products relevant to the search term the person typed in to find your blog. If you had a blog on software and i typed in, "SEO Software products" then the Chitika ad will show products based upon that search term. Because the ad's look less like an advertisement and more like an amazon product page you can expect your CTR to skyrocket.

If your like me and your click through rate has been nothing to talk about then you should try Chitika. The reason that your click through rate is bad is because most people get a thing called "ad block" where if they have seen and advertisement over and over they are less inclined to see it, thus losing you money and your blog or website value goes down.

Chitika being a new company doesn't have that problem in fact Chitika is quite the opposite. Chitika ad's are in fact are so different then AdSense ad's they can really shake up the reader. When so many people use the same ad's do you think after a while they wont block the ad's out. Why do you think fortune 500 companies don't keep ruining the same ad for longer then a year. Because after a while you get so accustom to seeing the ad you mentally block it out. The same happens with AdSense how many times have you seen their ad's?

Ron Paul, Robert Kiyosaki, Peter schiff. What do these 3 men have in common besides all being economic geniuses. They have all requested the American people to get out of stocks and bonds and put all there money into gold.

1 year ago gold was at around 700$. Today gold is at 1120$ roughly. That is 400$ per 1oz of gold. Lets say you got 100oz of gold. In one year you have made 40,000$ on an investment of 70,000$. That is a 57% return! Now while people like suze orman might have you believe that
1-2% CD are the way she seems to not understand that if you invested 70,000 you would gotten back about 1,000 on a 70,000 investment which is not much.

Now if you didn't listen there is still time. Peter Schiff who is ruining for the senate in 2010 says that gold is going to beat the USD because of how much money the federal reserve bank is printing out. Bob Chapman another expert says that were are going to have 3 downturns.
He says that we just experienced the first downturn and the economy is going to get better then we are going to lose out again. Then the final stage should wipe out the middle class that listen to people like suze orman or any other personal fiance "expert" that really doesn't know what they are talking about.

If you were to buy homes and rent them out ok lets say you got a 200,000$ home for 70,000$. That is a great investment such as gold. Gold will give you more money quickly the home will payout when you sell it. But lets say you got a house for that much and charged 1,200 for rent a month. That is only 12,000 for a year and I'm not saying that you shouldn't buy homes. In fact the only 2 things you should be investing in right now are foreclosed homes and gold. But right now you need to buy gold because the price isn't going down. With the 3 downturns Bob Chapman is predicting you can buy homes at a later time.

So your probably asking me this? When is it going to get to. Bob Chapman says it will reach
2,000$ after the first recession is over. Then it will go up again to 4,000$-5,000$ the second recession. Then the final recession it will reach 7,000$!!!

Since the health care passed the house and probably will pass the senate abd with the promise with Obama signing it were going to spend another Trillion dollars we don't have. Obama says it will cost under that but lets see what he said before. He said the Stimulus would fix the economy being a trillion dollars. The stimulus money has about ran out and it recently was said that the government is going to have to do a second stimulus. Didn't Obama say it would work the first time? Unemployment was recently at 10.2%. Think about that we spent Trillions of dollars trying to fix up the economy and it didn't work. Now what? With so much of our dollar in the market it makes it pretty much worthless. In fact i bet at a point real paper will be worth about as much as the dollar is.

If i was you i would save yourself don't wait act now. Robert kiyosaki said you have 2 options at this point. Be rich and make alot of money or be poor and suffer. Don't think just because Obama tells you he will do something he will do it. Save yourself because i guarantee the government wont do it. Big government is a sign up weakness by the people. If the people have any chance of survival we need to demand more from out politicians and take responsiblity when there are things that no bill can fix but only the people can change. Also we should vote people like Rand Paul, Ron Paul, Peter Schiff, Jesse Ventura ect into office because they not only know how to fix the government but they know how it should be constitutionally ran.

Look as this man tries to sell a gold coin for 50$. No takers WOW! Now i know he is on the street and you shouldn't buy things from people on the street but I'm surprised the people who did want it thought it was worth nothing. Don't be a brain dead idiot like some of these people, go out and buy gold and save you self.

How You Can Take Control of Your Mind and Your Life and of the Programs Running it

Life, like in the Matrix movies, is a really complex operating software with lots of programs, creating the illusion of reality (when the "real world" is, unlike in the movie, just consciousness and energy). Your habits and experiences that repeat themselves are like PC programs that load automatically. Where do these programs come from? From our environment, our experiences and from and other people.

Most of these programs are not part of the original software we were born with, but were created because of downloads of information from our environment throughout all our lives. We love to download off iTunes and similar: the latest tv show episode, new music, movies, etc.

We are downloading and uploading all the time when online: to access this page your computer had to send (upload) the request for the page, and then receive (download) the page as data stream, and voila you're reading this article. We are downloading and uploading all the time in life as well.

Whenever somebody is sharing their views, or any information with you, they're uploading new information in your database, in your mind, which can later become integrated in an existing program, or become a new program and way of being altogether.

New information however, especially if you are not a child anymore, doesn't become part of you automatically: it's up to your "firewalls, antiviruses and spam filters", (your perception of what you hear or see, which in turn is shaped by your beliefs), often running in the background, without your conscious awareness, whether to accept the information or refuse it.

When you're watching, reading or experiencing something new you're downloading new information. When you're repeating the same patterns, habits and doing things you've been doing for a long time you're using the same programs derived by old downloads of information, which are often obsolete and not updated or upgraded for a long time, and you're not learning anything new.

Upgrades are more and more frequent in computer software, why shouldn't the same thing be true for our habits and behaviours, especially if they are not useful anymore?

If you are upset about something and you automatically reach for a cigarette, for alcohol or for a bag of chips, you're going on autopilot, acting from programs derived from downloads of information (beliefs, feelings, events) that probably come from your childhood. Maybe you've seen one of your parents act this way when they were upset, or maybe you've associated food or alcohol with relaxation, or both.

Right now while you're reading this you're most likely in what is called a Beta state (for an explanation of brainwaves please go here) which means that you can reason, ponder and choose what to accept from this article and what to disregard.

When you were little however, you were in a Theta state most of the time; this is like browsing the Internet and downloading with very little or no protection, without a spam filter, a firewall or an antivirus. When you were a child, once the info (the belief about life the world etc) was downloaded, it becomes part of your operating system without your conscious knowledge or consent, regardless of the content.

Wouldn't it be great if you could pull up task manager to see what is running in your mind? And wouldn't it be nice to click a button and end a useless or damaging process? You can start your own task manager by monitoring what thoughts are going on in your head, by looking at your life and asking what are your recurring patterns, and what you would like to change.

From there you can start finding the beliefs that are running in the background. If you find yourself over and over again in abusive relationships one of the beliefs you may have is that "men are bastards" or "I am unworthy". If you find yourself in jobs you don't like doing over and over again you could be running the programs "work is supposed to be unpleasant" or "others can do fun jobs but not me".

Whatever beliefs you have, they are downloads and part of your programming code, and experiences and habits that validate them will show up in your matrix/life. A habit can have 15 beliefs or hundreds of beliefs making it up, and some traumas too.

Hundreds? This may seem one too many to tackle, but just as clicking the right button or deleting or writing one specific line in a program may delete the whole program, often you just need to find one or a handful of beliefs holding the others up and clear the traumas and misperceptions that caused them in the first place.

How do you find them? More importantly, once you find the key beliefs and traumas, how do you delete and clear them? Most of us have made the common experience of trying to change our habits and behaviours by exercising sheer will and of failing 99% of the time. It just doesn't work that way.

It's like telling a computer without a way to understand and execute vocal commands to delete a program and then getting angry and frustrated because it doesn't. If you want to close it you have to look for it and close it manually, or at least you have to install a voice recognition program. There are a lot of great modalities out there to do that nowadays. Most people, including a lot of scientists, believe in God or a "Force" that created the Universe, whether they call it God, Goddess, Source, Creator, Absolute, Allah, Shiva, Krishna, Oneness, or by any other name.

More and more people are realizing, finally, that all Gods are one, whatever the religion or spirituality. The difference is one of affinity for one stream or the other, because all of them lead to the same Source. Therefore, from now on when I use the word God, I also intend to include all of His/Her other names

Also, more and more people are also realizing that God is us and we are God, without separation. Before reading forward, please check within you what happiness feels like for you, what's your definition, perspective and understanding for you.

Also, what do you imagine is happiness for God? What do you think it feels like for God, and what about His/Her definition of happiness?

Do the same thing for Unconditional Love too. Done? Read forward.

Surely, as hinted before, God, or the part of you that remembers it is One with God, has a higher and more pure definition, understanding and perspective of happiness than you do. Do you want to have that, know what that feels like, and that God's perspective, understanding and definition be the same as yours? Close your eyes and say Yes out loud now if you do, because in Theta Healing feelings can be download it from God, and they can be embedded in files, songs, documents, ready to be downloaded over and over again when somebody consciously agrees to having them.

Would you like to have God's perspective, understanding and definition of unconditional love now, without having to earn it, learn it or prove it, and that God's perspective, understanding and definition is the same as yours? Would you like to know what unconditional love feels like, that you're worthy and deserving of it, that it's safe to have it, that you have it now?

Last night i was going to bed and i turned on the TV and as i went to grab a new shirt i look that scumbag Jeff Paul. He selling that Shortcuts to Internet Millions garbage. As i sat down and watch it for real i saw how much of a liar he is. Now i have not bought the product and i wont because i have better things to spend my money on like books. This what i have read and what i have heard about Jeff Paul

So you give him your credit card number which is like giving up you life pretty much and you buy his product. Then he sends you some videos and pamphlets that pretty much say you need to buy other products that cost 500, 1000 dollars! What he pretty much does is do like what alot people do. You set up a template with some products with reviews and stuff with adsense and he thinks your going to make money. Along with the fact that he forgets. You need Backlinks, Indexed in high ranking keywords that get alot searches, Involvment in Social Networks, Ideas, Community, and last the thing money cant buy HARD WORK! Now even if you did work on his product you would make any money because product review niche is so widely crowded that your junky website wont do any business.

Look at the end of the day Hard Work beat all shortcuts. That said there are tricks with social networking sites or backlinks but just work hard and you should be making a decent income. Do be an idiot who runs out buys the program then tells his boss to F#&$ off and then fails because he thought it would be easy.

Hey guys I'm feeling much better after the whole flu thing I'm not 100% but I'm going to write some more articles now.

Many of you have High Power and Water bills and this is a waste no one needs. Both can ruin the environment and leave you with less month each month.

Here is an overview of tricks of how you can save month on both Water and Electricity.

Water
-Take Shorter showers. If your a person who likes to take longer showers then lower the water pressure.
-If your building a new home think of using Eco Friendly Rain Harvesting Systems. What these do is sit under your house and when it rains the water runs down your drain pipes goes into these bags and pipes and they will run water to your showers and water hoses ect.

-Water your lawn at night. If it is hot in your state or country whatever and you have a lawn then you need to water it at night? why because the water wont evaporate fast from the sun. It will give your grass time to use the water to keep it looking green and healthy.
-Don't do bottle waters get a 1 time water bottle and keep it with you and when your at the gym or school or store go to the water fountain and fill it up. It saves alot of money if you buy a case of bottle waters it is still like 10-20$ and that is a waste when i could get a bottle for less then that.

Electricity
-Here is an easy thing to remember if your not in a room using a light, tv, computer ect then turn it off. Alot of money is wasted ruining things that doesn't need to be ran.
-Use energy efficient light bulbs. They are not only cheaper then regular light bulbs but they last 50,000 hours compared to 20,000 by the regular light bulb.
-Have nights where the family plays a board game. I did this alot with my mom and dad it might saved 5$ a week because all the lights except one were off along with the Tv ect and we play monopoly and wheel of fortune ect. It builds great memories and can stop your kids from doing drugs or feeling alone.
-Have big open windows in your house because in the day it lights up the house and it is free the use the sun.
-Make sure there is no bad wires in your house if so this could be wasting a little power every few minutes costing couple cents. Well couple cents a month is 50-100 dollars so it can be costly.

Sorry guys i haven't updated i have the flu and it is bad i have soar throat and fever. I never get sick but right now i really tired and drowsy from all the medication and the Antibiotics. I'm going to get better and it looks like there will be no articles for a few days sorry. I need to get back to health but i will add a quick money saving article to hold you guys down.

Recently i have been on Reddit Promoting stuff and i got 215 visitors to a blog and all from Reddit. How Do you do this? Easy

Go to reddit sign up. Then if your promoting your blog then find the appropriate section. If you cant then you will lose Karma and not be as trusted. Next add a long title to make it stand out and it will search for a picture on your websites page. Wait it should get some attention. But if your have a friend to vote it up or you do it although i believe it is against the rules i wouldn't suggest that. Next if it is quality it will be voted up. I got a couple hundred hits think about this.
What would happen if i was number 1-5 i made to number 8 but i went to bed so it could have gone higher. I have head people getting tens of thousands of visitors alone that day. So build up your karma be polite and remember people on reddit are liberal so fake it if your not a liberal like me.

I cant say this enough how many letters does a customer or client get a day?
My dad gets 10-20 checks a day so that 10-20 letters 300-600 a month. In anybodies right mind do they actually expect out of all those letters your letter is going to be read. A business letter is just like the card. It is a huge way of saying thank you and if you go above and beyond what your competition does so you will be sure to get noticed and even more business.

Now the best way to get your letters read are

-When you send the thank you letter add some candy a huge Hersey bar or a bag or m&m's ect. I saw this done and a blogger recently said because the client took his time out of his day to do that the he read the letter and wants to do business again. Do you think at any point he going to forget his name and his company. Nope.

-Add a personal signature to every letter sent out. For example have whoever writes the letters or if you do it. Sign all of them personally it makes the letter add a touch of personality. Donald Trump does it.

-Color envelopes work well among a bunch of white envelopes you will be the black sheep. Think about this. Credit card companies started testing color envelopes and because the responds was so well they are now doing it full time. You know when you get those huge envelopes that are blue say Discover card or Visa that how they get your attention and get more customers. Follow the leaders like that. Top companies wouldn't do it if it didn't work. Besides they test out everything and pay more for that so pretty much what you doing is just getting free testing and copying something that works well.

-Go more into detail about what you liked the basic robot sounding thank you letter doesn't cut it yes you say thank you but does it do anything for you. In my mind you might as well just sent the check because that letter is going to be thrown into the garbage so fast it would make your head spin. Say something like "Your Companies roofing was well laid out and i liked how all the shingles were not loose and didn't fall out from the last rain we had." you see what that does for the person they know you actually know what they did not just thank you and a check it makes you look more professional and trustworthy to do more business in the future.

Adding all these touches to your Business letters will get you not only more business but a better reception in the market place among customers and competition.

Squidoo Review

So yesterday i spent all day working a squidoo project in hopes i could make some money. Well here my review of squidoo.

Squidoo is a website that allows you to make a webpage alright. Kinda like a blog but it is just a 1 page that allows you to write on just about anything. They give you many widgets and have alot of great things.

Squidoo pays you 50% of all profits made from your page straight to your paypal account. The only problem with this again is that click through rates are low as i hear and because your cant move the AdSense around it can be a problem. It is also nice you can donate the money to charity if you want. or do a combination.

Problems with squidoo is that it has such a hardcore spam filter that if your creating a page on an affiliate Product that where the problem lies. I spent 5 hours yesterday watching a 3 hour squidoo course video on affiliate marketing on their along with making the page and keyword researching and guess what came up. They said it is spambait. Well As mad as i was i had it hand reviewed and gave the person who reviewed it a rundown of why it isn't spam. But this where the problems end.

Squidoo is great if you want to market on their website with your blog or website but has no value at all if you want to affiliate market because of how the rules have changed. The video i watch was 2007 affiliate. Today is 2009 in less then 2 years affiliate marketers screwed then entire system of squidoo up spamming pages with scam and affiliate products. But in the end this one the many challenges affiliates and business man go through all the time.

If you have a blog or website i would say try this out just make sure you do good keyword research. You get unlimited keywords so remember the more targeted keywords the better!

Lifes a Game Of inches

So recently i was watching a video that made me think about life alot. Lately I have been pretty mad. I'm 3 months into this blog and I'm not making or getting the traffic i wanted. I been studying all night long and thinking man i need to get back into this. So i was roaming around YouTube for an inspirational speech by Al Pacino. Any Given Sunday is the movie and when the 1st half was over and the team was losing Al has one the most inspiring speech i have ever hear. He says life's a game of inches and the person who is willing to fight and die for that inch will win the fight. And i said he is right. Feel bad or upset isn't going to help i need to pick myself up and stop crying because life is hard.

Because I know at the end of the day when i add up all those inches that's going to make the Fuckin difference between becoming successful or a failure. Excuse my language but i believe this. If your not willing to give it your all then you will crumble to your knees and die. I know if i want 100 rss feed subscribers i need to work until i make it and not to take my eye off the prize. What is the Economic Climate: A storm Is coming.
What state is the government going in: Bailouts and Crazy spending with no end in site for the 2 wars and were going to elect Obama.
How Is consumer confidence? Scared or Confident: Right now they are starting to wake up to the fact were in trouble. Aka hold on for the ride.

What Does the Information have to do with anything?
This has to do with alot Because i know all this i was able to predict easy what was going to happen because lets see in history what happens when things go south. Consumer Confidence takes a huge hit and everybody starts to count pennies. Second The government going to print off so much money the dollars value is going to drop. Were heading liberal meaning more taxes on the rich and less money to invest with.

Outcome
I predicted this
-Gold Value would rise because it yields better vs the dollar. God Vs Man who is going to win?
-Retailers will slump But Wholesalers/Liquidators like Ross, TJ Max, Marshalls will grow significantly while mainstream retailers will die off.
-Industries that will grow will be Wholesalers/Liquidators, Fast Food, Yard Sales, Online Auctions, Movie Industry, Pay Day Loan Companies, Repossession, Apartments/Rentals.

Now ask you self was i right. Read through that list has any of those industries slowed down? No they have all grown big time. So as you can see if your into buying stocks or looking to start a new business or invest into new business this is a powerful tool.

So i know many of my readers want to buy a home or like to get a home loan so they can get a good house for some good money. In this post I'm going to break down how you can get a home loan and how you can find houses that are quality for little money.

Now my last part of this article i want to talk about getting a loan from the bank.

As many of you know right now is a terrible time to try and get money from the banks. Even though the government has spent billions of our tax dollars bailing out these failed companies they still wont lend and give you money to buy a house.

As i have said the best way to get a house is to have

-Perfect-Good Credit that means over 700 and little to no mistakes or problems. If your a person who misses payments alot then you need to work on fixing that and getting removed off your record.

-Write up a presentation of why you can manage a home loan and will pay it off every month.

-Know your Financial statement and how much you make and where your money comes from.

-Practice mock home loan interviews with former bankers who used to give out loans. Or just meet up with a business man and tell him what he thinks what you should change and tips and tricks he has.

-Dress up and take it 100% seriously and the entire time your under pressure so you have to work hard to not say anything offensive or rude that might ruin your chances. Remember the only people getting loans are people who are really professional and act like adults.

Dont worry go from bank to bank untill you get the loan and describe you plans with the banks and i know eventually you should get a home loan. Just dont give up and remember these steps and you should be able to get your own house.

Hey guys with this whole Healthcare Debate I'm going to start talking about it. Some of you have high healthcare bills and I'm going to talk about lowering the cost and saving money with them.

1. Stay Healthy. Don't eat out at Fast Food Joints. Besides the fact they are going to end up killing you if you eat their alot you risky health and money. Just eat at Subway if your going to eat out and watch yourself. Don't smoke i have had family member die because of lung cancer if you have to quit then do it. Personal Responsibility is stronger then that nicotine.

2.Shop around. Most of you shop around for items and other things right? Do it for your insurance. Look for the best rates like you would with credit cards.

3.Stay up to date on healthcare bills. Don't be lazy check you bills and make sure you know what you owe. One the biggest problems is people don't know why they are in debt if you don't know where you stand then your going to fall off the cliff. Remember that.

4.Save all off your documents and payment records. If they get something wrong and say you didn't pay something guess what if you cant prove you paid it then your screwed. Make a healthcare file and save everything. Better safe then sorry.

5.Checkups! I have not been to the doctor in 4 year i don't need to but i should. Visit the doctor because you can be dropped for a pre existing condition.

6.Buy medicine when it is cheap. Find when the store is selling medicine for nothing. Stock up for a sick day then you wont have to pay more money. Check your local papers for sales on cough medicine and Advil ect.

7.Medicine is not always the answer. I never take medicine very rarely will i take cough drop or anything. Like i said i never go to the doctor.

Keep in mind these 7 things and you should be fine.

News of the Week
The Debate over healthcare keeps raging as the debate thickens. Democrats claim the healthcare bill and insure everybody and save money but he republicans say that it will cost more and will fail just like healthcare in other countries. The key example is our friends to the north who healthcare has been a complete Disaster. Independents like Ron Paul claim the healthcare cant work when it is socialized and claims "what does the government run that works?" In an interview after the Obama speech he says that the reason insurance doesn't work is because Insurance measures risk and he says that healthcare insurance doesn't do that. Personally i believe we don't need healthcare and the reason healthcare cost so much is because the Federal Reserve Bank prints off to much money and to fix this we need to abolish the Fed an fix the national debt.

Stocks
The Dow Opened the week at 9434 and ended at 9605. gaining 171 dollars some claim the recession is over and time to party others claim that the worse is yet to come. We spent billions and billions of dollars some claim and said that only way to fully fix this problem is to bring the national debt back down and lower taxes across the board.

As the healthcare debate continues i believe we are keeping our eye of what the problem is. Although many economist claim were fine i still believe we in trouble and have alot of work left to do.Although the Dow is looking better unemployment is still lacking badly and the Fed Keeps cutting interest rates is bad because retirement baby boomers use CD to put their 401k money to keep investing and take the money from the Interest to live on for the year and reinvest it.
With the rising cost it will be harder for baby boomers to retire confident they will have no problem. This week were going to keep seeing more debate and fight over healthcare and what happen what may but we need to focus on the real problem.

What Were My Starting Goals?

Hey guys so recently i was found this piece of paper i wrote and i made a list of goals i had for this blog and marketing. Well i thought you might see what i have met. I started these goals on June/24/2009 and here are what i had.

10 Followers: I met it right at the end of summer i thought i was going to end up with 9 and i would been pretty upset lol.

1000 Visitors a week: Yes i had very high Expectations unfortunately I'm not getting that but I'm now getting 50 visitors a day when i was getting 5 a day 3 months ago.

10,000 Twitter Followers: I don't really say i failed this one because i had 2,700 in followers and for no reason i was banned but you sometimes have speed bumps like this.

I would Fix the Blog up to look Professional i believe i have i still have a few things i want to fix such as the Domain and the Logo.

Make 20$ with AdSense. I have made about 25$ so i met that well.

Learn about Seo. This one is a kinda i am reading about targeting keywords and i know about meta tags and serps ect.

Now i am going to make new Goals
By the end of This year I'm going to

1.Get Listed in 10 keywords.

2.Get an AdSense Check

3. Get 100 Visitors a day

4.100 Rss Feed Readers 30 Followers

So i have been watching the news lately and the same old Roderick is back. It was 1 year ago today that Lehman Brothers failed and caused one the biggest financial collapses ever. So your saying what has this have to do with anything. Well now all these "economic experts" are saying were find and the economy is booming and Obama stimulus worked. Well in this post i am going to tell you why this is wrong and what to do.

First off the economy in my position is still very bad Unemployment is 16-17%. They say it is like 9.7 but that is a lie? Unemployment doesn't count hours cut. So if 10 people have jobs ok 3 of the people lose their jobs ok. 2 people get their hours cut from 40 to 20 and the rest of the people are working full time. What is the unemployment? According to the government it would be 30% but the truth is it is 40%. The reason the government doesn't include that statistic is because they don't want it to sound worse then it really is.

Second off all these Economic experts told us 1 year ago that all these banks were fine. In fact i have seen a video of Robert Kiyosaki in 2005 telling people the real estate bubble was going to break. No one believed him but he was right. Third once the stimulus money is out how we supposed to fun our empire? We are 12 Trillion in debt you think we can keep spending money. The ship will go down before we can support a financial utopia.

Create a stream of income weather it is 100 dollar a week or 3 dollar a day any stream is a good stream because if you ever need it there it is pouring money out for you.

-Dog Trainer: Growing demand i believe even though the economy is less then perfect their are alot of people who still have alot money and not much time to train new dogs. The best way to get business is Craigslist. Search through wanted ad's and you will see a few post about hiring dog trainers. It shouldn't cost much to start but you might want to do research. I did a see a product called the perfect dog that you might want to go out and buy.

-Article Writer: As i have said before start a company doing this is not a bad idea. The Internet is growing and if your good at writing you might as well try some writing.

-House Cleaner: An easy way to make some bucks just make a few posters and put them in peoples mailbox or just put it on their door and on the weekends just clean some houses. Offers services like window cleaning, vacuuming, moping, bathroom cleaning ect. Or you can offer that you will do a total house cleaning once a week for 50-100 dollars it will take you 3-5 hours and you can reinvest the money into something thus starting financial independence.

-Auto Poster Or Directory Submitter: You can make some big dollars doing this one. Right now people are Building tons of blogs websites and other things and don't have the time of day to spend posting or submitting to directories. Time is money. Buy a program like Craigslist Auto Poster 1000 post for 100 dollars .10 cents a post. A Craigslist Auto Poster cost money though I believe like 60 dollars so you could buy the program and advertise on Webmaster forums SEO forums about this and get some customers make your investment back with alot of interest.

Get sign ups and sell ad space. I saw a guy on the website Filippa selling an India news company for 250k. Took him 5 years to make.

-Personal Trainer: Are you a health nut and know alot of health tricks. Obesity is growing and people are desperate to get rid the fat. Some people choose to go the easy route but I think there a market of people who need help. One the biggest reason people cant lose weight is because they don't know how to. Go on Craigslist and Post something as my name is ___ and i am here to offer my services and then get paid X amount per every 1 hour training session. Have them sign a contract and train with them 1 hour every other day. I think you can get 25-50$ per hour. Show a picture of your self with your shirt off doing something cool and athletic. Get 5-10 clients that is 250-500 a week have a part time job and you should be doing ok.

-SEO advisor: Do you have alot of SEO experience and have created top website we all visit? Then you can get paid to sit down with some one and go over their website with them. Charge what you feel you are worth. My Highschool mentor told me if your top of your class and have alot of value charge whatever you like and they will come to you.

I come from a family that has terrible credit that why from ages 10-18 i never went on a trip never had anything because bad credit is hard. So i recently got asked i have 100 dollars and i want to turn it into a big profit and don't have alot money and make minimum wage and want to start making a good income from the Internet so i don't have to work like this anymore. My responds was this.

He wanted to know how could i make the most out of 100 dollars.

I'm going to break this post down into 2 sections If i was promoting for affiliate products and if i was promoting my blog.

Affiliate.

If i was doing affiliate marketing i would First find a product or service worth promoting i would then do the following.

-Pay money for 10 Quality Articles on Ezine and make sure the affiliate Code was in the article.
-Buy Signatures from people on big forums such as Digitalpoint and Sitepoint. I saw a guy who had 1000+ post and he was selling a lifetime signature for 5 bucks.
-Buy Tweetlater Service and start 100 accounts with targeted followers and ever 30 minutes or so have a Tweet like "Finlay i stopped smoking lol. Ya it was From this program -Link-" check it out it worked for me.
-I would Spend the Rest of the money on PPC and compare Rates i wouldn't use AdSense because they cost the most i would probably use 7search.

As you can see paying for 100$ in AdWords is stupid because your going to be paying at least .10 cents and that is only 1000 visitors and that is the cheapest keyword most keywords are .50 cents and plus so you be getting even less 200 Visitors so you see with a little thinking you can get more sales and more visitors no problem.

Do you download music on Limewire or do you go the safe route and buy music off itunes and spend so much cash and just hate it? There is an Easy way to download music on google for free and doesn't cost you anything and doesn't give you the limewire viruses you get from limewire.

The easiest way to download music online is type in an artist you like. Lets say i wanted to download "ACDC Thunderstruck" Alright ill just google Search ACDC Thunderstruck MP3 and search through the results and the website the have the download for free i will download it then import it to my ipod.

The reason i do this is because limewire is full of viruses and screwed up my computer and cost me 200 dollars and i downloaded 400 or so songs so i paid .50 cents a song so not really worth it plus the artist don't get the money and that a big deal. If i like an album i will buy it but if i like one song then i will download it on google. With website you can get an idea if it is a hack website or if it is legit. Remember downloading music for free is illegal and can come with consequences.

Recently i was at 7/11 and i was at the gas register and i was spacing out and the man in front of me bought 2 packs of cigarettes. Nothing unusually but the man in front of me said "F#$% rip off cant believe this." The cost of the cigarettes were 20$ alone. Then it got me thinking what would happen if i was to Grow my own tobacco and sell it.

After doing some research I found out it is legal to grow tobacco in this country but if you sell it you need a license. You also have to report what you make on your taxes.

The reason i think this is a good thing because with so many regulations in taxes comes opportunity. Selling cigarettes has alot of Taxes but i belive that if you selling tobacco just as it is you will avoid all those taxes and people can roll the tobacco up and smoking it. Saving money from Waking up to Going to bed

Here ways you can save money from waking up in the morning to going to bed at night

Morning
-Eat cereal it is alot cheaper then eating bacon also it can be healthier choose to eat cereals that are low in sugar and higher in protein and fiber.

-No Starbucks or Coffee drink orange juice. I tell people this all the time that feeling you get from the coffee is just a wired feeling just because it never has that crash it is because your body gets used to the feeling and the sugars give you fat and can lead to diabetes.

-No donuts or pastries stick to the basics a bagel or toast make sure it is wheat toast.

-Commute to work by bike or bus if you have to or get a cheap car that get high gas mileage.

-Have kids rid the bus or walk i did and saves alot money rather then spend money taking them to school. Our taxes pay for those buses might as well use them.

Afternoon
-Don't eat out during lunch where you work. If people ask for your order in a lunch run say no thanks. Just bring something from home it is alot healthier and doesn't cost alot of money.

-Drink water for energy those energy shots work only because of Caffeine and for all you men you should know caffeine can lower sperm count and make you go bald faster!

-If you don't have a job really and you have alot time this is the perfect time to work out at a gym no one is there and keeps you healthy.

Night
-Don't eat sugar it will keep you up.

-Get a good nights sleep if i was you i would research sleeping good on google and learn about sleeping well at night it can save you money by you will be wide awake and wont need sugar.

-Read before bed saves electricity and money. Also you will learn about whatever you read and knowledge is power.

Why Not To Save Money In The Bank

Saving Money in the bank to me is a complete utter waste of your time and doesn't really show much Financial Intelligence. Back in 2007-2008 how many banks went out of business because of bad lending practices. Now i know once again my name is DailyCashSaver but saving money in the bank is not sound. What i mean is this. Saving money in the bank is what just about every American does and they hope if they save money they will eventually make enough money to live comfortably. Now I'm not to try to explain without going on forever about why this isn't smart.

In 1971 Richard Nixon Being Pressured by alot of people changed out standard from Gold to the USD Dollar. Now why is this important because of money reason.

Gold is a commodity that cant be reproduced it is god's money and god's money is worth more then Man's Money. With the Destruction of our dollar over the last 40 years has destroyed our purchasing power.

Every time you see one of those big government bills that is passed through congress the senate then is signed by our president our government prints billions of dollars and who prints all this cash the federal reserve banking system. They control the issue of currency and has printed so much of this "Trash Money" is what i call it then it lowers the value of our dollar as a total.

Now here's a little economics for you.

If there are 100 1$ bills vs 10,000 1$ bills which is stronger. If your a Baseball card collector which cards are worth the most? The Rare ones. If a card has 100 copies vs 1000 copies then the 100 copy card is worth more. The same goes with out Currency. We are 12 trillion dollars in debt so how we repaying this back. 3 Ways in a politicians mind. Tax, Borrow, Or print more money. Well Because they already have gotten their tax money and other countries wont let us borrow because they know we don't have the money to pay them back how we going to pass trillion dollar legislation? Easy we print off more money. So what this boils down to is that the dollar is incline to lose money.

Now what does this have to do with you?

Easy every time a person goes out and prints off a ton of cash it lowers the value of your dollar. Every now and then would have no real devaluation but we are 11.8 Trillion in debt and growing daily 4 billion dollars is spent every day and at time we pass Bailouts and fake stimulus packages.

If your a person who saves money then think again because when you save money the purchasing power from that time to the next is less then when you started making it almost no gain of money at all or you might even lose money.

How to Fight this?

Easy instead of saving money buy gold. Gold has been quoted that it builds wealth. And it does. If you have 1000 dollars in the bank for savings buy gold or silver instead. Both of them are cheap for the cost and every time i look they are growing and gaining value.

Example

10 years ago gold cost about 250 dollars to buy. Lets say you had 10,000 dollars in savings. Lets say you took that money and invested it into gold. You would have gotten 40 .oz

Today that would be worth!

39,760$ that means your would almost gotten 4X the investment you made.

If i was you i would go down find a good broker but to find a good one you need to make sure they have read rich dad poor dad and take their own advice. Ask them questions like. How much money do you make. Have you Read Rich Dad Poor Dad and do you take his advice. Then see proof of what broker has done in making other people money. After you found one have him invest in gold and silver for you and just sit back and you will be find knowing your making money back.

-Get a Water purifier and get all your water from your sink. I wouldn't drink straight out the tap i saw report saying there are things in the tap water that have given kids autism. Buy a big water jug and carry it around with you alot cheaper then water bottles.

-Buy your clothes at liquidators alot cheaper and same brands that you get at regular clothing stores.

-Check your Local newspapers for business going out business you might find something you need at a lower price because liquidators cut the price although be aware then when a liquidator takes a store over and buy all the merchandise he raised the price by 20% and then says he cut the price. Wait Until they cut it by 40%+ then when you will save money.

-Don't spend money on all brand names most of the time brand names cost more money and don't have anything different then regular brands other then more sugar and fat.

-Don't eat out often i advise people never to eat out at fast food ever food is so bad for you one trip to McDonald can make you sick. Also McDonald doesn't digest well and doesn't get out of your system fast so if you eat once a week it will build up and make you fatter and more unhealthy.

-Call your credit card company and ask for a rate reduction they usually will if you say your talking to other companies they will be scared and cut your rates by a good couple percent.

-Install CFL or, even better, LED bulbs wherever it makes sense. They save Money on electricity and doesn't cost much to replace. Saves the Environment.

-Buy a cell phone no landlines they are outdated and with a cell phone it is mobile. Make sure it unlimited minutes.

-Clean your car’s air filter. A clean air filter can improve your gas mileage by up to 7%, saving you more than $100 for every 10,000 miles you drive in an average vehicle.

-Do holiday shopping right after the holidays. I have done this my family got alot of stuff Cheaper after the holidays and was the same stuff my friends had gotten just at a lower price cant beat that.

So recently i was going over some some marketing tatics that i had in
mind.A commercial came on where a guy was sitting there and he was reading the paper and then all the sudden the light bulb went off and i thought of this idea here.

What if you could make a ton of flyer's promoting your company or website/blog. Think of how much money companies pay just to put offers and stuff in the paper. Probably Thousands of dollars. So here is my idea.

You print off a ton of flyer's promoting your company don't be scared to make the flyer look nice or even do some creative things to the flyer's like print it on nicer paper or make the flyer bigger then your 8x12 standard deal. Then go and put the flyer's in the newspapers where they be located that would be Supermarkets usually right the entrance, Go to where they ship the paper out and just slip as many of the flyer's into the paper as you can. Also if you have a real estate blog or website put some flyer's into the housing books where they display houses for sale people will take those because they are free and they will probably be more likely to actually read it because there no ads in those real estate books as far i remember and a flyer popping out of the book they are reading will get their attention.

I am a new fan of the application yahoo answers and i love answering financial questions people might have. Well i keep finding this all the time. I will see people asking the question how can i save money. Well i help them and give them ideas and options but the thing that is very scary is the person has no financial intelligence.

For avid readers i posted a link to the book Rich Dad Poor Dad a great book i read my Junior year of high school. In the book Robert Kiyosaki goes into detail about why people are poor and since the change from the gold standard to the USD dollar standard and how we are all thinking in the old money rules. What he means is because the federal reserve prints so much money at such a high quantity all the time when you save money the value is not what it was when you started saving. Meaning this, the dollar is inclined to go down and wont yield much value in the future.

So I know that might sound hard to understand and it can be but, all you need to know is because of the dollar standard is the reason why saving money in the bank wont help you. Now the problem i hear is the same type of scenario i am going to describe here right now.

" Hi my name is ____ and i am _____ year old. Right now i am having struggles with my Financial Situation. I make ______ a year. I have _____ in student Loans and am _____ in credit card debt. How can i save money i am so stressed out and seems that i cant do anything. How can i save money i never go out and eat and never spend alot money out shopping ect. Why am i in this situation i worked hard went to a good college and did what a responsible person does. It is not fair that i am ____ year old and i am struggling this much. Any help would be appreciated.

Now as i break down this every person comes off introduce themselves and tells there story what happened most people have student loans and credit card debt is what i find or some type of debt. Then this what scares me the person doesn't understand why he poor and doesn't get why him or her self is at fault. The problem is this. I grew up in the home most of these people did financially speaking. My dad worked a job 8-12 hours 5 days a week and my mom stayed home and kept the house clean. I was taught that you should get good grades and work hard go to college get a good high paying job as anything that pays well. Business managers, Lawyer, Doctor whatever. Then save money in the bank and use your 401K all the time and take out money into that savings weekly. Most people think they are using the system to the fullest and other people are idiots and they are the only ones who know the secret!

What I'm about to say will shock and maybe leave most of my reader skeptical. That entire way of thinking is wrong and outdated and will wined yourself poor and hopeless! Now most you come to my blog thinking I'm a cash saver i believe in that and from the looks of it. Although it might seem that way but i don't believe in that at all and i wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing my readers thought that.

- Solo/Specialist: A person who owns a business or a person who goes to college to do a special type of work such as a Doctor.

As Robert in the book Rich Dad Poor Dad Describes it he say that the cash flow quadrant is like a coin, on one side there is no money and everybody is poor and unhappy. On the other side is an unlimited amount of capital and everybody is comfortable rich and happy.

Now you might say well then most people are on the other side. Correct most people don't know anything about this in fact i at 18 know more about investing and business then 90% of Americans.

Now i am going to beg you to go anywhere to pick up this book Rich Dad Poor Dad.
Get it at the Library or the Bookstore ask a friend whatever. Because you deserve it to yourself to be rich and have alot money. And this book is step one in that process that unlocks vast amounts of capital.

Speed up Directory Submission

Are you sick of taking so much time submitting to directory after directory and it so boring and takes so long well i have created a method to speed it up.

1.Open up a Notepad
2.Now most Directories ask for the same info email, website description, keywords ect.
3. Add all that information on the notepad and when you go on the notepad just copy and paste or CTRL C CTRL V the info onto the registration. This should speed it up alot.

-Less competition. you need to look for a good ratio. how many customers are on a social network vs marketers. Look all the big outlets like twitter and there to many people trying to make money.

-If the smaller social network becomes a big dog like Twitter has became and you were a big dog on the website then you will has to much leverage and what i mean is if you had 10k in followers on twitter in 2007 and you were well known and are on the top 500 twitter follower list then your a big dog and no new marketer can come in easily and take your spot. It is almost impossible to become a big dog on a social networking site when you didn't start out when the company was small. Look people who owned google stock in the Early 90's then it was nothing now they are all millionaires. Today people try to make money from google stock but any money made from google is chicken feed compared to what they could made back when the stock was .50 cents. Also people on 3rd party social networking sites like StumbleUpon , Any Yahoo community and goarticles appreciate the time hard working businessmen take to add content and ask in return you visit there website and follow them and even buy a product they promote. Lately I been looking around Craigslist for work and found great opportunities to make some money. With the Internet I have found other jobs to make you some money on.

-Craigslist has a section for people looking for work where employers post jobs. You can search for your skills so if your a person who is skilled in something like construction then you can submit your resume and get an interview. Some people will pay 1.00 per quality backlink other will pay for how much Page Rank the directory has. Not only that some people will higher you full time to go around the web and put backlinks everywhere and they will look how many backlinks you have created on webmaster tools and pay you accordingly.

-Liquidation is my favorite industry because i knew right from the get go that when the economy when into the tank that liquidation was going to prosper. Liquidation is the act when a company cant sell an item or has to much of an item they will send the items to companies who sells discount items in bulk or however they can aggressively get the items sold to by more liquidation . A good example of this is Stupid Prices if any of you live in the northwest you should know who I'm talking about. Ross is another great example of this a clothing liquidator who is growing big time. 1 Year ago there stock price was 38$ and today is almost at 45$. So if you have retail skills this is a great industry to get into just check your yellow pages for any type of liquidator that is in your Strong suit of industries.

-Fast Food I know some you will say flipping hamburgers doesn't sound like the ideal job but it does pays the bills. Now you can work at a McDonald's and make 6 figures. Managers make 6 figures but have to have some college experience or you have to have worked a fast food restaurant for a while.

-Social Networking Websites how many of your friends use Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, Youtube, Digg and StumbleUpon. If you have Computer skills or have worked as an admin on other websites or companies they are looking for help. With alot of traffic comes alot people who are trying to do illegal operations, spam, harass and they need some one to keep the peace.

-Article Writing There many ways to find work writing articles if your good writing then you should have no problem finding work. Webmasters don't have time or are not good at writing articles so they will pay people to write articles on Ezine as long there quality and have a back link within them. You can be paid 1-5$ an article long as it passes through Ezines Editors. There are also websites that pay for articles associatedcontent.com. They pay Usually Between 2-3$ a high quality article so you cant just rush and hope to make money. My friend made 10$ on one article so you can make some good money. If you can Write 3-4 quality articles an hour that could be 6$-12$ an hour so your going to make probably over minimum wage but you don't have to pay for gas to drive to work so that saves 20-50 dollars.

With all these growing industries you should be able to find work pretty easy make sure you look all around remember 90% of jobs are unadvertised.

Hey Guys I going to be working soon and I think these are companies that you should think about applying to if you need to work.

-Costco This is probably my favorite because Costco starting wage is 15$ an hour. Costco is a great company to work for they have benefits and they are great at finding hours for you. Also they are not open 24/7 so you wont have to worry about working at 1 AM. Also I like Costco Setup they aren't like a Wal-Mart where you dealing with alot people who are very low class. Now not to offend anybody but i have been in Wal-Mart and seen a lady with 8 kids going crazy Breast feeding and smoking a cigarette. I would rather not hang around that type of crowd.

-Microsoft This company is Just amazing my dad's friend got a moving allowance a couple years ago to move from Boston to here. His allowance was 80,000 dollars alone. That is not including housing and everything else. The 80,00 he got was in Cash! Also with Microsoft's Bing competing hard with google so there are alot jobs if you have the right skills.

-Best Buy The biggest Retailer of electronics and my favorite personally. There many sales positions so if you knowledgeable in Computers but no so up to date on something like phones then they can put you in that department. Also you can make some good money after a few years.

-Resturants My grandma worked as a waitress for 35 years and she told me that if your going to work in any resturant business then you should work for a place that Rich people eat at because she would come home and have 500+ dollar in tips. Sure you only make minimum wage but the tips are what matters. I mean look this way. She would make 50-100 dollars in tips on an 8 hour weekday. On Friday-Sunday she could make up to 1000 dollars. Although Resturants are not booming big they are recovering and people eat out alot so check out any Resturant. When i mean Resturants i dont mean Mcdonals.

7 Things You Need To Know Before A Job Interview

Getting a job can be frustrating. Time after time you work hard to try and get a good paying job with benefits so your family can eat. Well the reason your not getting a job can easily be answered this way.

1. Your Putting to much on your resume. If I'm an Employer and I'm looking at a resume and the person is trying to fit in as much as possible i get confused. Why is this person looking for work in my establishment. Second off what is going to make me want to higher this person.

2. When it comes to charity work I believe you should never put charity work on a resume. Charity work is free and when I'm seeing a person put charity work down i see a person who wants to profit from work they should have done without any profit. I was in Deca for 2 years and i made it to State twice and both years i was always number one on my role plays. A role play is where I am to assume the position of some company and it is my job to come up with an idea to fix that companies problem. When i won 1st place in Deca area 1 Washington State my Role play was number one i scored an 87/100. That is Very Good Role play and the 13 points i lost was nit picking by the judges. Now to get a Role play this higher you need to be fluent and you need to speak loud and be assertive but time after time i would help out Freshman and they would try and talk about how charity would help the company. Ask your self how many fortune 500 companies really do alot of charitable work? Wal-Mart even though they have business practices that are questionable don't do any charitable work but are the largest retailer in the world. After that said you need to think what the company wants and 99% of the time they are not looking for a Resume Builder.

3. Talk about making them money. Tell them your only there to make the company money. This always gets there attention. When i did my Role plays i would always say this is going to make you alot of money because and give a deep description why that would make them alot of money. As an investor i don't care about anything other then money. Tell me how your going to make me alot of money i don't care about charity i don't care about your College career thus far i care that you can get the job done no questions asked no complaining. Tell them your a hard worker and don't need to take breaks every 15 minutes and your no union crybaby.

4. Trash talking. Now i don't mean go into the room and Trash Talk most of your interview should talk about yourself 95% of the interview should make yourself look good but if you can spend a minute or so telling your future employer that these other guys are just trying to build a resume and your there to work from 9-5 your working and making them money and the other guys are there to build a resume your golden. A great thing i like to say is when comes down to you need guys on a busy night when everybody is out doing stuff who is going to be there giving 110% and I'm ready to prove it.

5. Dress to Impress. Dress for the job even if your trying to get a job bagging groceries you should still dress up in a suit and tie. Show them your a professional not a slacker and your a good worker.

6.Fluency. time in and time out I would help out the Freshman and they would all the time have problems in an interview. Whenever i was judging Freshman Role plays i would see the same things. They walk in shake my hand him my name is so and so and I'm here today to talk to you about this and that. Then they would do the thing you should practice not doing ummmmm uhhhh ahhh. When you do the stumble in the middle of your interview or even start out saying ummm that is very bad. You only get one chance to make a first impression and when you walk in and i hear you having problems doing a basic interview how is this going to want me to make me higher you. The whole interview you should have almost no ummm ahhh uhhhh.

7.Enthusiasm. A good attitude can go a long way and even if the job is minimum wage and your going to hate the job and you know it just make the best of the bad situation. We all start out some where just go in there ready to clime the ladder. Even though you wont enjoy your job the biggest thing i have seen is this as long your boss see your working and happy he going to remember then when giving out promotions. Working a job is all a game. It you Vs the other employees. I know it sounds like it a big fight to the top but it is. In the real world it every man for them self's. Go in there and make your boss love you even if you kiss up who cares because i hear people complain about kissing up and stuff although i don't do it because I'm an investor but all that matter at the end of the day is how much money you make. I would rather kiss up and make my boss feel like he is number 1 and get a pay raise of 5 dollar an hour and get to be assistant manager rather then be stuck doing the grunt work.

Remember Working a job is an Image just like in life the way your boss looks you how far your going to go. Now working a job is not the way to become rich and climbing the ladder wont make your rich either. The only way to become rich is to Invest money and build business. But the Skills that you can gain are the most important because you cant buy skills but you can learn them to become a stronger Investor and Business owner.
